We want to expand our family further! For this reason, we are seeking an energetic Global Business Development Manager for the EMEA region.

Job Description

The ideal candidate must have been successful in a similar role, should be highly organized, flexible and a resourceful team player with a high level of empathy, professional and customer oriented. As a Business Development Manager you will generate new business traction in new markets, develop and grow new business opportunities, as well as support the Brodynt Sales team with key customers’ requirements. Here’s a more detailed overview of this role’s responisbilities:

  • Develop new markets, generate traction with new customers and opportunities within the EMEA + other regions
  • Research the needs of other companies and learn who makes decisions about purchasing
  • Explore new limits, looking for new prospects to generate new business traction trough new logos
  • Segment, monitor (and visit) strategic accounts
  • Manage the day-to-day BD workflow and pipeline
  • Conduct technical & commercial presentations to customers
  • Respond to new customers RFQs and RFPs, and support sales activities to ensure feasibility and profitability
  • Trend analysis, market monitoring and results tracking
  • Mentoring and support on key customers and large bids
  • BD & Sales forecasting and metrics tracking
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Responsible for the assigned yearly BD plan and sales forecast
  • Build and maintain strong and long-lasting client relationships
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Requirements

  • At least 5 years experience
  • General telecoms knowledge
  • Internet access / Global connectivity
  • Office environment
  • Basic Excel knowledge
